Follow the journey of Maranacook Community School students and staff as they embark on another week of fundraising to support the local food banks in Mount Vernon and Readfield.

MIDDLE SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
The 7th grade level groups are planning the Make A Difference Day activities for the week of October 20-24 in the middle school. We will be having a kick off assembly on Monday,
October 20th morning in the gym.
Dot Brooks, a speaker from "Voices For Maine's
Hungry" and Maine Humorist Gary Crocker will be the featured speakers.
Anyone is welcome to attend.
Monday
is designated as canned veggie day and every student that brings in a can of
veggies will receive a free cookie at lunch.
Tuesday
is pasta/rice mix day and every student who brings a box or envelope in will
receive a Maranacook Pencil.
Wednesday
is canned meat day where bringing a can in will get them a Maranacook Pen.
Thursday
is toiletries day and any student who brings something in will have their name
entered into a drawing for a long-sleeved Maranacook T-shirt.
Friday
is all of the above day with an assembly at the end of the day.
